Every order leaves our warehouse within 1 business day. After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 3 business days in Germany, 2 to 5 business days within the EU and 3 to 7 business days to the USA and the rest of the world. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping is free from 49.99 EUR. Below that, shipping costs 4.99 EUR within Germany and 5.00 EUR to all other countries. In other currencies the amount is converted and shown at checkout.

No. For orders outside the European Union we cover all customs duties and import fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price, nothing is added on delivery.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The item must be unworn and unused, with tags and seals intact and complete in its original packaging. Email info@marcelkael.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Every Marcel Kael piece comes with a 12 month warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects. Within the EU your statutory warranty rights of at least 24 months apply in addition.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna, plus local methods such as Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, MB WAY, MobilePay and Satispay. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Write to info@marcelkael.com as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can usually still change it. Once the parcel is on its way, changes are no longer possible, but you can return it within 30 days.

Add three pieces to your cart and the lowest priced item is free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

No. You can order as a guest. With an account you can see your orders and check out faster.

Yes. All prices include VAT where it applies.

All orders are shipped with DHL Premium.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. The first tracking update can take up to 24 hours.

Yes. We ship to all countries shown at checkout, including the EU, the UK, Switzerland, the USA and the Gulf states.

Email us right away at info@marcelkael.com. Once the parcel has been dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.

Email info@marcelkael.com with your order number and the item. We send you the return address. Once your return is approved, hand the parcel to the carrier within 14 days, with tracking and in the original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by you. If an item is faulty, you receive a free return label.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item you want is available. For the first exchange of an order we ship the new item free of charge.

Once your return arrives, we check it within 10 business days. We then refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days.

Customers in the EU, EEA, UK and Turkey can withdraw from their order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, for example with the Withdraw from contract button in the footer. All details are in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Email a photo or a short video of the issue and your order number to info@marcelkael.com. If it is a warranty case, we repair or replace your piece and cover the shipping.

Damage from use, such as scratches, a fall or broken glass, normal wear and tear, loss or theft, as well as batteries and straps.

Water resistance varies by model. Check the rating on the product page and never operate the crown under water.

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products. That way it keeps its shine for longer.

The Leontar has a self-winding automatic movement that is wound by the movement of your wrist. If you do not wear it for a day or two, it may stop. Simply wind it by turning the crown a few times and set the time.

The Ferèno runs on a Japanese Miyota quartz movement with a battery. It is precise and needs no winding.

Yes. A tool for shortening the bracelet is included with your watch.

Batteries do not belong in household waste. Hand them in at a collection point or at a shop that sells batteries, or send them to us. All details are on our Battery Disposal page.

All pieces are made of stainless steel. Gold pieces have a 14k gold plating, silver pieces are made of premium 316L stainless steel.

Bracelets are 18 cm plus a 2 cm extension, chains are 49 cm plus a 2 cm extension. One size fits over 95% of our customers.

No. The stainless steel keeps its colour with normal wear and leaves no green marks.

Yes. Our jewellery is waterproof and resistant to heat and sweat.
